SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How long it took to send the order?
As a general rule, the packets are sent within 1 or 2 business days upon receipt of payment, via the carrier of your choice at checkout. We don’t make shipments on Saturdays or Sundays.
As the shipping cost?
Shipping costs in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal cost € 4.80, with delivery in 48/72 hours, through the carrier TIPSA. To the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, cost 8.00€, by certified mail.
For shipments to France, there are two possible ways:
- Shipping by carrier, which costs 16 € with delivery within 48/72 hours.
- Shipping by certified mail. It costs 8 €, via Mail, with delivery in 7-15 days.
For the rest of Europe, there are two modes to choose from:
- Shipping by carrier, which costs 26 € with delivery within 48/72 hours.
- Shipping by certified mail. It costs 14 €, via Mail, with delivery in 7-15 days.
For countries outside Europe (only USA at this moment), the shipping cost is as follows:
- Shipping by certified mail. It costs € 18, via Mail, with delivery in about 1 month.
You can return an item?
Do not worry if you’re not convinced of your purchase. You have until 14 calendar days from the date of order, for a refund. We will refund your purchase money (except the shippment), and the cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer. In the event that the purchase is a PREORDER, the amount thereof (3 € per individual product or proportional import in the case of PACKS) will not be returned; only the rest of the final payment will returned.
All Products that are marked as SAVE IN WAREHOUSE, have 14 calendar days from the date of payment to make the Return. In no case, after these 14 days, the product can not be refunded.
Only be returned items that have not been used, with the same original packaging with the qual have been sent, and they are not broken or crushed (neither Pop nor the box that contains it). To return an item, you have to send an email to email@example.com, with the subject “Return Order …….” indicating the order number you can find in the My Account section of the website. Once we receive the product, we will show you how to return the amount of the order.
